Role Overview

This role supports The Philanthropist Party and philanthropist.run as a values-first candidate support platform. The work may include candidates, donors, volunteers, media, public education, and Purple Dot program growth.

The best candidates are practical, comfortable with early-stage work, and able to communicate clearly without turning internal planning language into public-facing content.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the launch and growth of Purple Dot Verified™ and Purple Dot Pledge™ programs.
• Help candidates, donors, volunteers, and partners understand the values-first process.
• Create or improve systems, content, reporting, or outreach related to the role.
• Protect the public-facing tone, legal separation, and brand credibility of the project.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Interest in public service, civic technology, philanthropy, or candidate support.
• Comfort working with a lean team and evolving systems.
• Ability to keep confidential/internal information separate from public content.
